Take Route 9 West into Southborough, get in the left lane as you will be making a U-turn at your first set of traffic lights where Route 9 intersects Oak Street (this is where Farrell Volvo used to be). There is also a Mobil Station at this intersection. Once on Route 9 East you will pass Owen O’Leary’s Pub, about 50 yards past Owen O’Leary’s and just before you reach the Town Line Driving Range is 30 Turnpike Road, a 3 story office building set back from the road approximately 50 yards. We are on the 2nd floor, in the back, Suite #5.
